Mooring

Mooring at  http://www.ttsailing.org/  On our way here we practiced motoring techniques; figure eight, reversing, 360; Terence became familiar with the helm and how the boat operates and I became re- acquainted with these matters after two years.  This little bay is very cute.
There's a bar, a restaurant, pool, showers and laundry, that'll work, ha.  Fresh air, lots of fresh air mooring at the bay.  The marina has its conveniences and all, but still, there's too much noise and distractions from the peace and stillness that  sailing is supposed entail.  Well that until you catch the squalls of rain and wind....oh well.  First thing coming to check in at the office, I met a woman who sailed from Puerto Rico with her husband, she lives in Aguadilla and sailed straight to Trinidad a couple of weeks ago, about the age of my mother this lady. Quite interesting the people you come across while doing this thing.  It's almost sunset and I'm sitting here in an outdoors area on land where they have a TV and many electrical outlets... Terence finally was able to pull his fishing equipment and is in his zone there at the boat fishing.  Keep in touch everyone, peace and love!
